Experience the Full Day Soufriere Excursion with A Rum and Chocolate Tour & Tasting

Cruise down the west coast to Soufriere where you will first see the famous Pitons as they rise majestically out of the sea, followed by a drive through the town of Soufriere on your way up to the Morne Coubaril Estate.

Learn the rich history and culture of St. Lucia, from a beautifully preserved estate. Enjoy a guided tour followed by a tasting of locally made rums and chocolate.

Here you will also learn about the traditional process of turning sugar cane juice into fine local rum. St. Lucia is also renowned for its chocolate, and you’ll have the opportunity to see how cocoa beans are transformed into delicious chocolate.

Enjoy a guided tour through the estate, surrounded by lush tropical scenery. The tour concludes with a tasting of locally produced rums and chocolates, followed by a delicious local buffet lunch.

Top it all off by leaving the town of Soufriere and heading to one of St. Lucia’s protected bays for a swim or snorkel stop. Keep your cameras handy for a perfect photo opportunity as you sail through picturesque Marigot Bay.

Cruise ship passengers after disembarking the ship, please make your way to the St. Lucia sign for 9:15-9:30am. The Sea Spray Cruises Ltd. rep will be waiting there wearing a company shirt.

• If you are docked at La Place Carenage after disembarking the ship, get the water ferry to take you across to the Saint Lucia Sign at Pointe Seraphine.
