From the water, you’ll make your way through the charming town of Soufrière and up to the stunning Morne Coubaril Estate for an experience that’s as delicious as it is fascinating.
Saint Lucia produces some of the finest rum and chocolate in the Caribbean, and at Morne Coubaril you’ll discover exactly how. Follow the journey of locally grown sugar cane from harvest to bottle, learning the craft behind the island’s celebrated rums, then trace the path of the cocoa bean from pod to bar, exploring the rich tradition of Saint Lucian chocolate-making. The estate’s lush grounds and beautifully preserved architecture make for a remarkable setting, and the guided tour ends the best way possible, with a generous tasting of local rums and chocolates.
A fresh, flavourful local lunch is served on the estate to round out the experience.

From Soufrière, it’s back aboard and around the coast to one of Saint Lucia’s protected bays for a swim or snorkel stop. Keep your camera out as you sail through the picture-perfect waters of Marigot Bay, one of the most beautiful anchorages in the Caribbean.
