From there, the centrepiece of the day is an immersive rum experience celebrating Saint Lucia’s rich rum heritage. Sit with local connoisseurs for guided tastings and a hands-on blending session, then settle in for a specially crafted lunch from the Executive Chef, each dish thoughtfully paired to complement the Caribbean’s finest rums. Afterwards, unwind poolside and take in the warm, unhurried rhythm of the bay at its most serene.
